Milan's San Raffaele Hospital, among the most important healthcare hubs in Lombardy, has upgraded its reception capacity to cope with the Covid-19 health emergency. Thanks to a targeted intervention, it was possible to start the construction of a new Emergency Department dedicated to Covid-19 patients, with a total capacity of 35 beds. Thanks to our support, a 7-bed cardiology emergency room was built, designed to meet the specific needs of patients with cardiological diseases and affected by the virus. These facilities make it possible to provide specialized and timely care, relieving pressure on existing hospital units and improving emergency health management. The initiative is a key step toward ensuring adequate care for a growing number of patients and supporting medical staff in their daily mission.
